How to Fillet a Barramundi (over-the-ribs)

This video demonstrates a good over-the-ribs filleting style to use on barramundi. The barra in this video has been scaled but the filleting technique is the same if you don't scale and plan to skin the fillets.

We love crispy skin barramundi fillets and we encourage you to try them if you haven't already. Just rub a little salt and butter on the fillets and pan fry on a high heat.
